Writing and Acting submissions

Odd-Hours Theater Company is dedicated to producing and celebrating the work of young artists, especially in these strange, sickly times. With several projects in various stages of development, we are interested in working with local actors and writers on a rolling basis. If you would like to join our pool of artists, please consider submitting your work!

Interested in writing? Submit your writing sample to our Script Supervisor at nolieschneider.oh@gmail.com Your sample should be a 3-5 page scene in any genre, with minimal stage directions.

Always considered yourself something of a thespian? Submit a one-minute recorded monologue of your choice to our Artistic Director at calvinpineda.oh@gmail.com.

When submitting, consider what you feel your strengths are. Comedy? Drama? French absurdist literature of the mid-to-late 20th century? Keanu Reeves impressions? We want to see what makes you tick! When we receive your submission, you will be entered into a pool of artists that we may call upon over the next several months.
